Family system.

This week is special.

As a member of the church of latter- day saints, we have the privilage to listen to the prophet and other church leaders in conference.

I have tickets to go to Salt Lake City to hear it in the same room.

It was super great. I could feel the spirit. Even today is just the first day of two.

In the afternoon, I went to the Temple Square to check out if my sister would be there.

She is serving as a missionary in Temple Square.

When I saw her all of a sudden, I finally felt like I truly miss my family.

I have not seen her for 2 years, and now we met each other.

She hugged me and cried on my shoulder.

The moment that I wrote this journal, I was thinking everything that I read about family system.

In this unit, it tells us how environment can bring influence to a family.

All the surrounding can affect how a family be.

People in the family can also affect how a family system turn out.

My parents set much rules in my family when I grew up.

I honestly never really understood those rules.

I felt like it trapped me.

It did not make me happy.

In the article about family system theory, it talks a lot about how these family rules work and how it defines a family.

I never really thought about that and now I know more.

I realize that there are a lot of things that I did not understand why it exist in my family and they are all necessary.

I realize how much I am blessed to have my parents and grew up in the church to help me become who I am now.

Without the gospel and without everything that my family has, I would never be me and might be a totally different person.
